I've always hated math. Probably because, like most journalists, I never really got it ... or cared to. Check out some pictures of some math tests people didn't get ... maybe you can sympathize.
It was rumored that "Scrubs" wasn't returning for a seventh season. But those rumors ended up being false and the cast is back, Oct. 25, for their final season. There will only be 18 episodes this season, compared to around 22-25 that they usually air, but at least they aren't leaving us with a cliffhanger. The show is one of my favorites, obviously. I love the goofy humor, the music, and the cast. Surely J.D. and Elliot will hook up for good this season. What do you think will happen?

MTV pretty much sucks. I'll admit I've been drawn into some of the "reality" shows, but for the most part it sucks. The "Music Television" station only plays music a few hours a day and plays crap like "I Love New York," and "My Super Sweet Sixteen" the rest of the time. I stumbled across a Web site that trashes these shows, and I thought it was pretty funny.
One problem with working downtown is parking. The Corner is located on South College next to Samp, and there's obviously a lack of parking available. But we shouldn't have to worry about that because our company pays for our parking spots. But at least once a week, we drive back to our LEASED spots in the municipal parking deck and they're taken. It's the worst on game weekends. I guess people either don't understand what leased means, or they just don't care. What they don't know is that they can easily be towed.
We're actually about to sign a contract with a towing company so that we can call and have people towed when they park in our spots. Although I kind of feel guilty about doing that to someone, we have a job to do and have to have a place to park without feeding the meters or moving our cars every two hours. Surely, most people that are coming downtown are shopping or eating and can easily do this within the two-hour meter allotment.
Like most females, I love "Sex and the City," and was excited to hear about the movie (see my blog titled "Back with Manolos and martinis"). But there's already drama. MSNBC reported that during a reunion celebration Kim Cattrall stormed out as soon as Sarah Jessica Parker arrived. The two reportedly had problems during the show because Parker made more money than Cattrall, and Cattrall is still having problems with that during filming of the movie. C'mon Kim! Sarah Jessica is also a producer ... get over it! Check out the full story here:http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/20994512/
I'm definitely more excited about the new season of "Scrubs" than "The Office," but it's still pretty funny. Check out this video of what happened at Dunder-Mifflin this summer.
