Widespread Panic “Dirty Side Down”

Through their long career, Widespread Panic has had difficulties capturing the essence of live shows on a studio album. But on the band’s 11th studio album the group has nailed it, with 12 polished tracks that should impress both on the stage and in the car. Close to an hour in length, the album can stretch on a little long in some areas, but obviously this should be expected. Also, the album includes a cut by the late great (and former WSP collaborator) Vic Chesnutt that shouldn’t be missed.
