Whitney Houston “I Look To You”
Standouts - “Million Dollar Bill,” “I Look To You,” “Salute”

It’s been seven years since Whitney Houston released an album, but she’s back with “I Look To You.” If another artist would have recorded this CD it would be excellent, but because it’s Whitney Houston the album is average at best. The CD seems to be torn between two eras (‘80s and today) and doesn’t do a good job at portraying either era. They also don’t allow her to showcase her extraordinary voice. Despite that, the CD is decent, just sub-par for someone with Houston’s vocal ability.
