Standouts - “Obsessed,” “Ribbon,” “Standing O,” “I Want to Know What Love Is”

It’s been a while since Mariah Carey has had a CD that has as many potential hit singles as her latest, “Memoirs of An Imperfect Angel.” While her last two CDs were collaboration heavy, this disc is all Mariah Carey at her best. With the bulk of the production from one team, The Dream and Tricky Stewart, (Rihanna’s “Umbrella”), this CD is a lot more stable and cohesive than some of her previous works, which lends to the overall quality of the CD.
