The ‘80s superstar’s first studio album for Island Records in over two years, “Just Go,” features a powerful lineup of hip-hop and R&B producers, who helped give the former Commodore a fresh, new sound for his third decade as a performer.
The album is also graced by some younger stars, such as Akon and Ne-Yo, on a number of tracks. And while “Just Go” isn’t Richie’s strongest record, it has some intriguing new sounds that could possible win over a few new fans.
