The boys from Coldplay have never made a bad album and “Vida La Vida,” their fourth studio album, is no exception. Partially produced by ‘80s maestro Brian Eno, the album could be the lush soundtrack to a hopeful revolution tied together by evocative instrumentation. Front man Chris Martin has scaled back his somewhat formulaic piano work and replaced it with more Eno-inspired orchestration, but the album still manages to escape the feel of an arena rock album, like some of their earlier work.
