The Auburn College Democrates is having a voter registration drive Friday, Oct. 17, 2008, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Everyone is welcome to come out and enjoy free food and a live band. This event will be located at the Graves Amphitheater on campus.

Graves Amphitheather is located behind Dudley hall and Goodwin hall.

“Our band is swamp wompus,” said Randy Krhut, social chair of auburn college democrates. “They are a fun jam band and are known to put on a good show.”

Krhut is a senior at Auburn majoring in English.

“Its important for people to vote and let your vioce be heard,” said Krhut. “Lots of people will talk about politics and then not vote.”
