With football season approaching in just a few weeks, fans already have season tickets and auburn tiger attire on their minds. Last year, over 86,000 fans flooded into Jordan Hare stadium to experience Auburn football and watch our team perform.

One particular Auburn fan feels that it is unlikely that there are bigger Auburn fans than himself in tonw. Johnny Richmond has been an Auburn fan for as long as he can remember. You may be wondering what’s so different about him. After all, you and I are both Auburn fans.

When it comes to literally obsessing over the team and their performance, Richmond has a ritual he practices every time the Tigers score a touchdown. Richmond also has a truck entirely dedicated to the Auburn football program with memorabilia from the unforgettable 2004 season.

Jordan Hare Stadium has opened it’s doors for excited Auburn fans since 1939. Some of the more exciting home games scheduled for this fall include LSU on Sept. 20., Tennessee on Sept. 27 and Georgia on Nov. 15.

To hear more about what Richmond thinks about the upcoming season, watch the video below. For more information about the 2008 football season, visit auburntigers.cstv.com.
