(Marcus was 17 at the time) I was reading a story the NY Daily News had written on him and it mentioned another case (Genarlow Wilson) in which this law was applied which led me to another story on cnn.com. So long story short, I came across this headline on CNN that said Karzai orders release of rape victim. Now I'm thinking to myself is that a typo? Well of course it isn't. I had to read the back story on this to get the full picture of the headline though. The gist of it is her husband's cousin raped her, she reported it and because of that she was convicted of adultery. WTH?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
