Ok so I've been meaning to post this for two weeks but I've just been a slacker about. I can do that sometime I guess. Nah seriously, I just didn't feel like firing up my old desktop at home and finding the audio files I needed. Anyway, for the last 8 years rapper Skillz has been doing a yearly rap up where (for those of you who aren't familiar), he takes some of the hot button(mostly pop culture) topics from that year and puts them in a rhyme. If you ask me it's rather clever on his part, because he's created and capitalized on his on brand. So for those of you who have never heard of Skillz or his rap up (if you're a real hip hop fan you should really be ashamed... I'm just saying), I'm going to do you a favor and post this year's rap up as well as the previous seven. (2002 - 2009) Just a suggestion, listen to them all, he really does a good job at highlighting what happened that year.
