Last week when I signed up to bring a "broccoli salad" to the office potluck, I met resistance from more than a few skeptics. But miraculously by the time I made it downstairs to survey the sloppy second selections that the first shift had snubbed, my salad was nowhere to be found. I guess the results speak for themselves. Here's my secret to potluck success:

1 bunch broccoli, chopped
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
3/4 c. raisins

Dressing:
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. white vinegar
1/4 c. sugar

Stir dressing ingredients together. Pour dressing over other ingredients. Stir. Enjoy.
